Shane went above and beyond any and all of our expectations when looking to buy a home. The journey buying our home spanned for a couple of years and details of our search were constantly changing. Shane was easy to communicate with and was never shaken with our always changing minds. He periodically even sent us texts with listings he knew were about to come onto the market.
It never mattered the time of day or if it was a weekend, Shane was ALWAYS reliable in setting up viewings or gathering information for us. I'm sure we asked too much of him sometimes, but he never let us down. He is a hard working guy and is committed to you as a customer from day one.
When it came down to the nitty gritty of making an offer, he was honest and constructive with his opinion, especially when asked to tell us what was on his mind. As first time home buyers, we were appreciative of the help and would not have scored the house we bought without him.
